For a second consecutive day, Fidelity has refused to respond after deadly accidents involving their vehicles and drivers.
Two Fidelity drivers allegedly jumped red robots and crashed into civilian vehicles, leaving one person dead and three people critically injured.
The latest incident took place on Wednesday morning along 35th and 39th avenues near Clarke Estate, Elsies River, when a cash van and a Ford Fiesta collided.

Maxine Bezuidenhout, the City of Cape Town’s Traffic spokesperson, says the driver of the Fidelity cash van had apparently jumped the red robot, resulting in a collision.
“An eyewitness alleges that the driver of the Fidelity vehicle jumped the red robot and collided with a Ford. The accident is being investigated by SAPS.”
Police did not respond to queries about this incident.
On Monday, cops and paramedics were called to an accident scene in Jordaan Street in Manenberg, where the driver of a Fidelity cash-in-transit van allegedly jumped a red robot and crashed into a Hyundai Getz.

Mymoena Adams, 46, and her husband, Abdul-
Karriem, had been inside the vehicle with their son, Abubaker.
The family, who is well-known in their community as charity workers, had been travelling down Duinefontein Road when tragedy struck.
Mymoena was declared dead on the scene, while Abdul-Karriem and Abubaker were rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Injured security guards were treated on the scene.

Abdul-Karriem could not attend his wife’s janaazah as doctors feared his damaged spleen would erupt. Abubaker was, however, discharged from hospital.
Police said on Tuesday that a case of culpable homicide was opened for investigation with no arrests been made.
A woman who answered the phone at Fidelity yesterday, asked reporters to call back as she was not aware of either incidents.
