George Maluleka says Kaizer Chiefs are determined to deliver the PSL title in this the club’s 50th anniversary season.
Amakhosi beat Cape Town City 3-0 at Soccer City on Sunday to move nine points clear at the top of the table.
The former Ajax Cape Town man pulled the strings for the Glamour Boys and won the Man of the Match award.
But he still feels the Sowetan giants can do better.
Asked what the club are focused on, the 31-year-old says: “Good things.
“We want trophies, we want positive results and to play good football.
“It is a very special year for the club, with the 50th anniversary.
“So we want to make sure that we bring something home.
“We are going towards the same goal. We know what we want.
“This is a big brand and if you don’t bring trophies, then it becomes a problem.”
Chiefs next face Black Leopards away on Saturday for their next assignment.
