Stormers coach John Dobson has made four changes to his team for Saturday’s Super Rugby clash against the Lions at Ellis Park (3.30pm).
Injured scrumhalf Herschel Jantjies is replaced by Godlen Masimla, while Juarno Augustus takes the place of the injured Jaco Coetzee at the back of the scrum.
Johan du Toit moves from No.8 to flank, with the fourth change seeing Wilco Louw packing down at tighthead in place of Springbok Frans Malherbe, who moves to the bench.
Coach Dobson knows his team is in for a tough clash, saying: “It is always a tough assignment to travel up to Johannesburg, but it is a challenge that the team has really embraced this week.
“We have made a solid start to the season at home, but we need to back that up with good performances away from home and that starts this weekend against the Lions.”
