Raheem Sterling and Liverpool could be set for a sensational reunion after some red-hot flirting from the player.
Sterling left Anfield for Manchester City in 2015 in a £49m deal, saying he wanted to win trophies.
And after two Premier League titles and a handful of cups with Pep Guardiola’s manne, it seems that the Reds are now the flavour of the month and Sterling wants a taste.
Jurgen Klopp’s Kop idols were a record 25 points clear of their north-western rivals at the top of the Premier League table when the season was suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.

During a live Instagram Q&A with his followers, the England wing was asked if he would consider rejoining the club.
He answered: “To be honest with you I love Liverpool. Don’t get it twisted, they are always in my heart.
“It’s a team that done a lot for me growing up so”
And according to reports in France, the Reds feel the same way about the 25-year-old.
One of Sterling’s representatives also responded to the rumours by leaving the door open for him to make a shock return.
The representative says: “Even if Raheem is attached to Manchester City, he hasn’t forgotten Liverpool, because that’s where he became who he is as a man and as a player.
“Of course, there was controversy surrounding his exit, but since then, time has run its course and everything is possible.”
