Manchester United and Chelsea are set to unleash their young guns on each other when the side’s kick off their Premier League campaign in a mouthwatering Sunday afternoon clash at Old Trafford at 5.30pm.
The Theatre of Dreams could be the stage where Masons Greenwood and Mount announce themselves after impressive pre-seasons.
United forward Greenwood scored twice in their warm-up games, his first senior goal coming in a 4-0 win over Leeds and a 1-0 win over Inter Milan.

And coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rates the 17-year-old highly and is secretly confident that the youngster can step up into the first team should Romelu Lukaku leave the club.
Ahead of the showdown with United, Solskjaer says of the youngster: “He’s got a chance of starting that one, definitely.
“He’s more than capable and will always be there, in and around the box, creating chances. And I won’t say that’s not a possibility, no, it’s a good possibility. If he keeps going as he does. It’s difficult to keep players out who perform well.
He adds: “I don’t think he’s got a weak foot. “He’s got two strong ones, like his coach back in the day!”

Meanwhile, Lampard has his own mini-me in Mount a goalscoring midfielder he brought with him from Derby.
The coach says: “He’s done a lot. I’m really happy with how he’s training, how he’s playing and his status in the group coming back here.
“The players recognise quality instantly but they also recognise work rate and character — and Mason has all of those. He has given me a problem.”
