Cristiano Ronaldo said on Saturday that he is "sure"
that he will help secure Juventus a record-extending eighth
successive title.
Speaking to Juventus' club TV station, the 33-year-old former Real
Madrid attacker said: "I'll give my best and I'm sure that we'll win
the title together."
The Portuguese superstar is set to pull on a Juve shirt for the first
time in the Bianconeri's traditional friendly match against their own
youth team, following his move from Real for 112 million euros (131
million dollars).
The game will take place in little Villar Perosa on the outskirts of
Turin - and the match is a sell-out, with Juve fans, eager for a
glimpse of their new hero, having snapped up all 5,000 tickets.
Juventus' first game in defence of their Serie A title is against
Chievo Verona on August, 19, 2018.
