Manchester City finally landed Riyad Mahrez on Tuesday night and it cost them a club-record £60m (R1062911181.03).
The 27-year-old Mahrez, who won the Premier League title with Leicester in 2016, said he had moved to Eastlands for the chance to win more silverware and improve his own game.
Algerian ace Mahrez tried to push for a deal in the January transfer window, but has now signed a five-year deal to work with coach Pep Guardiola and his Premier League champions.
