Liverpool ace Sadio Mane says he will dive for a penalty if he gets the chance against Manchester City in Sunday’s Premier League top-of-the-table clash.
The in-form Senegal forward hit back at City boss Pep Guardiola who labeled him a diver at the weekend, before taking it back after sparking a bekgeveg with rivals Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.
And to keep the juices flowing ahead of the big clash, Mane says: “I will be ready to give everything possible, and to help my team.
“If it could be a penalty, for sure I will dive again.
“If the dive will give me a penalty, then I will do it to get it back! Why not?
“But what Jurgen said is correct. I do not dive. At Aston Villa, there was contact.”

Mane, who is Liverpool’s main goal-scoring threat with six Prem goals so far this season, reckons it’s all just a komplot by Guardiola to get the matchday referee to keep a close eye on him.
Last season’s joint Golden Boot winner explains: “It’s a bit clever from him to get the attention of the referee.
“I will just play my football like I’m always doing.
“I don’t pay attention to what he’s saying.

“Does it give me extra motivation? No.
“Even though I saw him commenting about it, what he said, for me, I think it’s positive.”
