Mo Salah scored his first Liverpool goal in five outings to give his team a narrow 1-0 win at Huddersfield.
The three-point haul kept Jurgen Klopp’s manne level with on points with Premier League leaders Manchester City.
And despite the relief of finally breaking his drought, Salah insists that only the result counts after an unconvincing performance.
With just four goals so far this term, last season’s Golden Boot winner says: “I’m not worried [about my form]. As long as I’m helping the team get points, I don’t worry.
“It’s a good feeling [to score]. But, as I said last season, the most important thing is to help the team to get points. We are on track so we are happy about the result.”
