What do you do when there is a killer disease stalking the streets and you’re stuck at home for 21 days?
You find anything to amuse yourself.
There are video games, puzzles, board games, the internet, Netflix and maybe you decide to gym or learn a new skill.
Soccer players, though, are juggling a toilet roll.
It’s called the stay-at-home challenge.
It’s what thousands of people, from six-time World Footballer of the Year Lionel Messi to Cape Town City owner John Comitis, are doing.
And they are posting the videos online, with skills ranging from sublime to the something you should wrap in toilet paper. All your favourites are doing it.
Manchester United’s new hero Bruno Fernandes showed off his control and Burnley star Matej Vydra even did it while holding his new-born baby.
You can upload your own video too, if you think you’re good enough and hashtag #stayhomechallenge and #onsskrikvirniks.
Oh and don’t forget to @ the people you nominate to accept the challenge.
Just make sure your mother doesn’t catch you playing with the toilet paper want jy weet jy gaan pak kry.
