That’s just three weeks away and then it’s on like Donkey Kong.
The Premier League has desperately been trying to finalise plans to get the campaign back underway again following its suspension at the beginning of March due to the deadly global coronavirus pandemic.
And yesterday they made a moerse breakthrough with news the clubs have agreed on a restart date.
Manchester City and Arsenal will get the ball rolling on a Wednesday night nogal, after the match was postponed in March when Gunners boss Mikel Arteta tested positive for Covid-19.
Aston Villa and Sheffield United are also scheduled to be in action on the same night.
There may even be a lekker Friday night blockbuster to look forward to on the 19th, with Jose Mourinho and Tottenham welcoming his former club Manchester United to the
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
But the first full round of fixtures will start on Saturday June 20, with matches staggered over the weekend.
