England head coach Eddie Jones named his 31-man squad on Monday where Ben Te’o was axed from after a training-camp confrontation.
The 32-year-old centre was involved in a clash with Mike Brown at England’s camp in Italy earlier this month and now neither man will go to Japan.
Piers Francis is the beneficiary of Te’o’s absence alongside Henry Slade, Manu Tuilagi and Jonathan Joseph.
