HIT A HATTRICK: Arsenal striker Theo Walcott
Arsenal will go all out on attack against Watford to make sure they can capitalise on any Chelsea slip-up in the Premier League title race tonight (9.45pm).

The second-placed Gunners are eight points behind the leading Blues, their opponents on Saturday, who are in action against Liverpool (10pm).

And after scoring five past Southampton in the FA Cup this past weekend, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to give the likes of Danny Welbeck, Theo Walcott and Lucas Perez freedom to attack.

Ahead of the clash with the Hornets at the Emirates, the Frenchman says: “I am pleased first of all with their [the team’s] performance.

“We have scored many goals this season and Danny was not there, so to add him gives us huge offensive potential.

“I have to use the strikers in the right moment without destroying the balance of the team.

“I will add Perez who contributed well on Saturday. We have many players who can produce and score.”

On the pursuit of Chelsea, Wenger says: “What is important is that we focus on the quality of performance.

“We have created a run and we must maintain that.

“Our attitude is spot on and we are ready to fight.”

The Gunners could even play with fewer players in the backline as they look to keep their title hopes alive.

Wenger adds: “We can play with three at the back.

“We are focused on the offensive game and always like to go forward with numbers up front and in the middle of the park.”
