Cape Town City boss Eric Tinkler challenged his manne to take out their frustrations on Kaizer Chiefs in their mouthwatering PSL clash this weekend.
City have been kicking themselves for dropping points in Saturday’s 2-2 draw at struggling TS Galaxy after another error-strewn performance, which sees the Citizens in 10th place with 14 points from 11 games.
And Tinkler says they are ready to right the wrongs when they meet second-placed Chiefs this Saturday.
He says: “We’re starting to prep now for the game against Kaizer Chiefs - an in-form Kaizer Chiefs.
“We come off the disappointment of the draw against TS Galaxy. Normally you’d be happy with a draw away from home. But we are not.
“So I see that as a positive thing. We are hungry. We want to win things and that needs to remain.
“We were disappointed with the way we conceded goals against Galaxy, so we are working on improving that.”
