Mamelodi Sundowns boss Pitso Mosimane warned his treble hunters not to take their eye off the ball ahead of tomorrow’s Nedbank Cup final against Bloemfontein Celtic at 8pm.
Having already won this season’s Telkom Knockout, Downs go to Orlando Stadium on a high after erasing a 13-point gap on Kaizer Chiefs to claim the PSL title on the final day last weekend.
And with the last trophy of the season still within their grasp, Mosimane says: “It will be a difficult game of course, they are a very difficult team that is enjoying themselves.
“[Celtic] are free-spirited, they pass well. Yoh, they can pass the ball and they have got nothing to lose and will give everything.
“The ‘treble’ is not there until we win the match. You have to earn it.”
Siwelele coach John Maduka, meanwhile, has told his manne not to skrik for the Brazilians as the Malawian looks to become the first foreign coach from the continent to win the trophy.
He adds: “We try not to put pressure on the players, they must not have fear.
“We always try our best as a team to make sure we are balanced. Going forward is one of our strengths.
“The games we have played since we have been in the bio-bubble has proven that.
“We have scored 13 goals in eight games.”
