Coming together at 31/5, man of the match Markram plundered 169, with Behardien coasting to 111, as the Proteas duo helped the Titans post a mammoth 320/6.
Kleinveldt (3/36) and Akhona Mnyaka (3/57) were the pick of the Cobras bowlers.
In their chase, the Cobras fell 83 runs short.
The return of Proteas JP Duminy and Hashim Amla did little to help the cause with the duo scoring a duck and 10 respectively.
Opening batsman Janneman Malan (70) and wicketkeeper David Bedingham top-scored as the Cobras limped to 237.
In the other weekend results, the Warriors won by 7 runs (D/L method) after the match was reduced to 41 overs due to rain.
And the Dolphins eased to a 22-run D/L victory over the Knights in Durban on Saturday.
The Warriors top the sixt-team log on 18 points ahead of the Dolphins, Titans and Lions.
The Cobras are second last on 8 points, above the winless Knights.
