Cape Town City boss Jan Olde Riekerink reckons his new signings will be ready to strut their stuff when the international break is over.
Apart from former TS Galaxy leftback Terrance Mashego, the rest of City’s recent recruits are still finding their feet.
Ghana striker Prince Agyemang and Zambia forward Charles Zulu have been given minutes due to an emergency attacking crisis, while returning ace Aubrey Ngoma had to build up fitness after inactivity at Mamelodi Sundowns.
But ahead of Sunday’s PSL visit of MTN8 finalists Bloem Celtic, Riekerink believes his new attacking players will have found the pace of the game.
Beginning with Ngoma, he says: “When he came here he had a muscle problem, but after the two weeks off now, it will be his moment. For Prince, it will be the moment and for Zulu to get into shape.
“Then I can substitute five players too.”
