Conte lifted the 2017 Premier League title in his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge and also won the FA Cup last term. However, his relationship with the Chelsea board became increasingly fractious and the team missed out on the Champions League in the coming season.
Chelsea are widely expected to replace Conte with former Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri.
"In the title winning season, the club set a then-record 30 wins in a 38-game Premier League season, as well as a club-record 13 consecutive league victories," Chelsea said in a brief statement. "We wish Antonio every success in his future career."
