The Western Province Super League A can be a brutal league for some teams.
And on Saturday it was Parow NTK’s turn to face the harsh reality that they are perhaps not on par with the league’s top teams.
They had travelled all the way to False Bay to find this out, losing the match 99-11 in the end.
NTK, though, will know that they aren’t the only weaklings in the competition.
They are one of four teams that have not yet registered a single win this campaign - the others are Primrose, SK Walmers and Paarl.

With Victorians having withdrawn from the competition, we know these teams will get at least one “W” next to their names this year.
But getting groot pakke can’t be lekker.
One team that is moeg verloor is Hamiltons.
A traditional powerhouse in the league, Hammies got off to a slow start this year.
On Saturday, though, they pulled out all the stops to get the better of the visiting Tygerberg at the Stephan Oval.
It would have been a special day for Hammies as they got the better of former coach Anton Moolman, who is now the head mentor of the Tiere.
While that match was close-fought, with Hammies winning 15-13, it wasn’t the only one that went down to the wire.
In Milnerton, coach Isma-Eel Dollie’s UniMil went down again - this time to Durbell, who beat them 42-39 in a high-scoring encounter.

In another tight affair, hosts Brackenfell beat Villager 29-23.
The same teams will be in action again on Saturday, with the addition of Paarl.
Coach Herman Masimla’s team, winless in five outings, host Hamiltons this weekend, with Hammies licking their lips for another victory after getting one over the Tiere.
As for the Tiere, they will look to bounce back at Florida Park where they will host a confident Durbell outfit after their win over UniMil.
Without a win in their last two outings, having lost to UCT before the defeat to Durbell, Dollie’s UniMil will eye their visit to Parow as a match where they can get their season back on track against NTK.
In the other match of the weekend, Villager will test their top-flight mettle when they host False Bay.
