- ½ cup sugar-free peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 cups Pouyoukas whole-rolled oats
- ½ cup low-fat milk
Add the peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips to a small saucepan and heat on low until melted.
In a large bowl add the whole-rolled oats and milk.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the whole-rolled oats.
Using a small scoop, make 18 balls and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Flatten the balls into discs and refrigerate until hardened.
