Ingredients

1 big onion chopped

1 tin of Koo baked beans

6-8 pieces of nippy danya wors

4 potatoes cut into halves

Salt & pepper

Steers mustard sauce, about 2 tablespoons

A little water
Method
In a dry pot add your chopped up onion and add some water to the pot and cook onions until translucent and a little burnt.
Add sausage and fast cook for 5 minutes, you will see the sausage has its own fat, remove sausage and keep aside.
Drain the fat from the pot, add your potatoes and salt and pepper and a little water.
Add 2 tablespoons of Steers mustard sauce and cook until potatoes are almost soft.
Add the sausages back into the pot, together with the baked beans, and simmer for 3 minutes, and you’re done.
Serve with crusty bread, fragrant white rice or garlic rolls.
