A non-alcoholic sparkling raspberry and lemon spritzer perfect for summer.
Adapted from a recipe by Leah Bergman.
- Lemonade (1 litre)
- 6 tbsp raspberry jam (per glass)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Fresh raspberries for muddling &
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Mint leaves
In a jug, squeeze the raspberries, gently.
Stir in a tbsp raspberry jam and top with a splash of lemonade to combine.
Top with fresh lemon juice.
Fill your glasses with ice and pour.
Garnish with more berries, lemon slices and mint.
