Aneesah's peppermint Tart
Ingredients
- 250ml fresh cream or Orly whip
- 1 tin caramel
- 1 packet of tennis biscuits
- Peppermint crisp chocolate
Method
Whip cream until stiff peaks.
Then add caramel and grated chocolate
Layer biscuits and cream filling.
Set for up to 4 hrs before serving.
