DELICIOUS: Peppermint Tart

2 packets Tennis biscuits

500ml cream

1 tin caramel

Peppermint crisp chocolate

Chocolate pudding




Whisk cream and caramel together until you are happy with the texture.

Whisk milk and chocolate pudding together.

Place a layer of tennis biscuits, followed by a layer of the caramel and cream and a layer of the chocolate pudding in a flat glass bowl.

Repeat these steps again and sprinkle pieces of the peppermint chocolate on top.

Place in the fridge for about 4 hours to set.

Serve with sliced strawberries.
