DELICIOUS: Healthy Wraps

Ingredients

  • Pre-packed wraps

  • Lettuce 

  • Avocado 

  • Chicken strips / tuna salad / macon / polony / fish fingers

  • Sliced or grated cheese

Method

Chicken strips can be spiced and fried on medium heat. 

Tuna salad is made with chopped onion, chopped green pepper, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Mash the avo and add some lemon juice so it does not turn brown. Spread this over the entire one side of the wrap. 

Add the lettuce, cheese and put either chicken strips, tuna salad, macon, fish fingers or polony.
