Ingredients
For bread dough:
- 1 1/2cup flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 150-160ml lukewarm water
- 1/2tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt as required
For filling:
- use curry and fish, but you could use beef or chicken anything as you desire.
Method
Mix the 1/2 tbsp sugar and yeast in warm water.
After the yeast solution has bubbled and becomes frothy add the flour, salt, and oil to the bowl of yeast mixture.
Mix well and knead to a smooth and soft dough.
Rub oil on the whole dough and keep covered for up to 2 hours until it has doubled in size.
Divided the dough into equal parts.
Finally, bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees till the tops are golden.
You can sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top.
