Ingredients

2 1/4 cups plain flour

1/3 cup castor sugar

175g unsalted butter, chilled, chopped

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons chilled water
Method
In a food processor, mix flour, sugar and butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add egg yolks and chilled water. Process until dough just comes together.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
Roll dough to required thickness, line fluted tart tins, small pie tins, or use your pie maker.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool then pipe caramel treat on the tartlets and add sliced bananas on top.
Pipe fresh cream with swirl nozzle on top.
Pipe more caramel over the cream or crumble a Flake chocolate over.
