Ingredients
- Four cans of tuna in water
- Two onions, chopped
- Two bell peppers, chopped
- ½ a cup of flour
- Two cups of milk
- Four eggs, whisked
- Black pepper to taste
- Two cups of grated cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Place drained tuna in a bowl and mix in the onions, bell peppers and a teaspoon of black pepper.
Whisk the oil, milk and eggs together then add cheese.
Spray an ovenproof dish and scoop in the tuna salad.
Cover with cheese.
Pour the liquid mixture over and cover in cheese again.
Sprinkle with mixed herbs and pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove, allow to set and enjoy.
