Ingredients
- 500g boneless fish, cut into finger shape.
- Take the fish into the bowl.
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp of salt or as per your taste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Juice of half medium lemon
- 1 cup or 120g plain flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 ½ - 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 to 4 beaten eggs
Method
Cut fish into finger shape and transfer into a bowl.
Add all the spice, mix well.
Set aside for from 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl add the flour, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, oregano, garlic powder and mix well.
Roll fish pieces well into the flour, dip in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs.
Now they are ready to fry. Fry the fish in medium hot oil.
Fry them both sides until they change into a golden brown colour.
Put it into a plate.
Serve hot with mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
TIP:
You can store the leftover fish fingers in the freezer for up to two months.
