• Pre-packed Silverside 
  • One pot of water 
  • 2 carrots 


  • Remove silverside from vacuum pack and add to pot of water, with bay leaves and all spices included in pack.
  • Add carrots, allow to cook for two-and-a-half hours, adding some water as it cooks away.
  • When you pierce meat and fork or knife goes right through, that’s when meat is done.
  • Remove and slice. Serve with other cuts of meat.
