- Pre-packed Silverside
- One pot of water
- 2 carrots
- Remove silverside from vacuum pack and add to pot of water, with bay leaves and all spices included in pack.
- Add carrots, allow to cook for two-and-a-half hours, adding some water as it cooks away.
- When you pierce meat and fork or knife goes right through, that’s when meat is done.
- Remove and slice. Serve with other cuts of meat.
