This can be a selection of sliced cucumber, shredded lettuce, julienned carrots and tomato wedges (tomatoes go in a separate container or use whole cherry tomatoes).

licing and dicing pineapple, strawberries and kiwi adds lovely colour. Add a small yoghurt for them to mix into the salad.
