The Boland Killer, Johan Williams, 47, appeared in the Wellington Magistrate's Court on Friday to a packed courtroom. 

It is alleged that Williams befriended single mothers and then lured them to the Boland town with the promise of work. He also allegedly used two aliases.

Williams has been charged with the rape and murder of the 21-year old Kuilsriver mom, Chantell Matthyssen. On Friday he was also charged with the rape and murder of Maria Isaacs from Malmesbury. 

Isaacs had been missing for three weeks and was identified as the second body of three women that were dug up in Wellington. 

Willams allegedly lured young woman to their death as far back as 2012. 

Police are investigating missing person's cases from in and around Wellington over the past six years.
