Mitchells Plain Police are looking for four suspects involved in an armed robbery at Morgenster Shopping Centre in Beacon Valley on Sunday.
According to footage circulating on social media, the suspects walked into the Firstbet shop.
They then start threatening customers, forcing them to lie down, while some went behind the counter, instructing a teller to open the drawers.
SAPS’ FC van Wyk, says: “Police are investigating a case of business robbery.
“According to reports, four unknown males positively armed with firearms entered the shop and threatened the staff and customers. No shots were fired.
“The suspects made off with an unknown amount of cash in a gold VW Polo.”

When Daily Voice visited the store on Monday, it was business as usual.
Manager Edwina Mentoor says four staff members were on duty and they are all fine.
“They are booked off for today but they are fine. No one got injured,” she said.
