A private security company is being lauded after they caught four armed robbers before they could pull off another business heist.
Just after 3pm on Tuesday, TSU Protection Services officers patrolling the Mfuleni area were told to be on the lookout for suspects alleged to have been involved in a business robbery.
Minutes later, they tracked down the suspects and arrested them as they were planning their next job.

TSU operations manager Corne Vermeulen says three teams and SAPS worked together on the arrests.
“Officers got information about suspects who were believed to be accused of business robbery,” he says.
“The suspects were located near the Shoprite in Mfuleni. There were four suspects in one vehicle.
“They were busy planning another robbery, but with our three teams in the area and co-operation with SAPS, the suspects were arrested.”

Police spokesperson Siyabulela Malo said: “Mfuleni police can confirm that four male suspects aged between 34 and 40 years were arrested on Tuesday at around 3pm at Luyolo Street in Mfuleni for armed robbery.
“The police members acted on information about a suspicious vehicle near a shopping mall in Mfuleni that might have been involved in an armed robbery .
"The four suspects were arrested and taken in for questioning to establish links to other crimes."
