She says during a crime prevention patrol in Sylvia Street, officers recognised the dealer and during a search they found him in possession of 38 packets of tik.

On the same day, Metro Police officers patrolling Leonsdale followed up on a tip-off about drug dealing in 11th Avenue and arrested a man found with three mandrax tablets, five bankies of tik, two bags of dagga,14 dagga cigarettes and R648 in cash.
