The Mitchells Plain woman has a eight-year-old daughter with Tango, she claims.
The woman, who may not be identified, is one of two victims who have made four cases of rape against Tango.
The alleged sex attacks took place between November 2008 and July 2012 in Tafelsig.
Tango has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
He said in a plea explanation that he did not know the age of the then 14-year-old woman and that the sex had been consensual.
The rape charge had been withdrawn in 2009, but was reopened in August this year.
The woman told the court she had been friends with Tango’s sister and that he had asked her and a friend to come to his house in November 2008, to smoke.
She said Tango took her to a room, where he began touching her and that she told him it was wrong. He strangled her and then raped her.
A second incident allegedly took place a few weeks later also at his house.
Five months after this incident, she opened a case with police after learning she was pregnant.
However, the case was withdrawn in 2009 - and later she discovered a consultation had taken place with her mother.
She said she forgave Tango when he approached her to support his child and asked her to be his girlfriend, but he “was abusive”.
She began weeping as she said their child had been devastated by Tango’s arrest.
With regards to the second victim, a 21-year-old female, Tango said he never had sex with her.
