HOF: The case was heard at Parow Regional Court

A Valhalla Park skollie has been sentenced to 15 years in the mang for killing a mom in a gang shooting.

Lorenzo Macoba, of the 28s gang, was busted by the Anti-Gang Unit after the shooting on July 19, 2019 in the 8th Avenue informal settlement.

At the time, mom Cynthia Stulo was walking her child to school when she came under attack.

It is believed that the skurk grabbed the woman and shot her in the head in full view of her nine-year-old daughter. Cynthia died on the scene.

In the investigation, it was revealed that the 28s gang believed Cynthia was a witness to a murder and could implicate them as the suspects.

AGU investigated the case and busted Macoba while Stulo’s family fled the province fearing for their lives.

Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg said on Tuesday that the Parow Regional Court sentenced Macoba to 15 years imprisonment for murder and the possession of an unlicensed firearm.
