GUILTY: Actor Shia LaBeouf

Caught on video, the Transformers actor also said he was seeking help for addiction.

One video shows the star telling a black police officer that he will go to hell because of his skin colour.

He goes on to accuse the officers of being racist for “arresting [him] for being white”.

In a tweet, he said he was “deeply ashamed of my behaviour” and “my actions warrant a very sincere apology to the arresting officers, and I am grateful for their restraint”.

Calling his “disrespect for authority” as problematic and “completely destructive”, he added that he’s “been struggling with addiction publicly for far too long, and I am actively taking steps towards securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes”.

He told a black officer: “You’ve got a president who don’t give a shit about you and you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f*** about you. So you want to arrest white people who give a f***, who ask for cigarettes?”

The actor pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct violation and received help.
