- 1 low-GI hamburger bun
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 home-made chicken burger patty
- 2 medium slices tomato
- 3-4 medium slices cucumber
- ½ medium carrot, grated
- Cut the bun in half and spread sweet chilli sauce over 1 half.
- Place the burger patty on top of the sweet chilli sauce.
- Top with the tomato and cucumber slices.
- Top with the grated carrot.
