Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Maizena corn flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Sweet chilli sauce to serve
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Mix all of the Maizena and the spices in a bowl.
Coat the wedges in the olive oil.
Toss the potatoes in the spiced Maizena mixture.
Bake on a lined baking tray for 20 minutes, turn and then bake for another 20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with sour cream or a sweet chilli sauce.
