• 4 tbsp self-raising flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp fish oil

  • 1 tbsp tap water


Mix all the ingredients until you have a soft dough. 

Break off pieces and add to your finished soup. 

Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes until dumpling are puffed up.

Tip: You can double the ingredients to make more.
