Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 500g beef mince
- 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger
- ½ teaspoon crushed chillies
- ½ teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon tandoori spice
- 1 teaspoon roasted
- Salt to taste
- 1 big grated onion (all excess water squeezed out through a cloth)
- Half bunch fresh
- 3 chopped green chillies
Method:
Braise your beef mince, garlic and ginger and spices in butter until cooked and all liquid has completely dried out.
Allow to cool completely.
Mix in your grated onion, chopped danya and chopped chillies.
