Community feeding scheme NCS Projects from Athlone had a kwaai modelling show over the weekend at Spes Bona High School in aid of making the community a better place.
About 20 contestants from all over the Cape Flats entered the Miss Drag Diva 2019 competing in swimwear, evening wear and performing a talent item.

Just over 200 people supported the local initiative which had some lekker performances from the very talented group of ladies.
Winning the night was the beautiful Aluna Rose, with first princess going to Tamara Guiliante.
She received a standing ovation for her performance of the hit song, “This Is Me”, from the movie The Greatest Showman, which speaks of self-acceptance and finding your place in the world.
The second princess was the ever-stunning and pageant legend Samantha Fox.
Organiser, Naeelah Singh, from NCS Projects said the show was a huge success.
“Our organisation is based in Kewtown and we have been focused on the need of this community for so long.
“With the funds we made with this event, we are able to feed more people.
“We make use of people in our community to feed the poor. It is all we can do right now.
“I am very happy with the success of this show and we hope to have another real soon.”
