The model and actress, 59, went Instagram official on Easter Sunday with her new romance with the famous country singer, 63.
The British beauty flew out from London to meet up with her beau at his million-dollar Nashville estate for the weekend holiday.

Having ended his marriage with mother of famous daughter Miley, Tish in 2022, the singer moved on quickly.
He married Australian singer Firerose in 2023, but that relationship went bust gou-gou.
It’s for this reason that some of Liz’s chommies are confused about her new relationship.
According to PageSix.com, an insider says: “She’s been waiting a long time for romance. I think she likes the whole cowboy thing.”
Her bestie Elton John is the mees deurmekaarste by choice of man, though.
The source adds: “Liz’s friends think it must be a joke or madness, but they aren’t saying it to her.
“Elton may not understand this relationship, and is a bit bemused by it. But for all his faults, Elton is really loyal to Liz.
“They are genuinely as tight as family.”
Even more intriguing is the 78-year-old rocker’s close friendship with Miley Cyrus - the Grammy-winning daughter of Cyrus who is reportedly estranged from her father.
While some of Hurley’s friends are scratching their heads over the relationship, one insisted: “This is not a hoax. Liz is not a hoaxy person; she’s very sincere, very bright and I think she likes him.”
Referring to the loved-up image the couple posted on social media, the friend added, “Just look at the photo of them together - she looks happy! People are so quick to be mean.”
Hurley, who was married to businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2010, also famously dated Hugh Grant, and was engaged to the late Australian cricketer Shane Warne.
