DELICIOUS: Toast & Egg Slice with Creamy Mustard Sauce
Serves: 1

Cooking time: 15 minutes


2 hard boiled eggs, sliced evenly

1 slice brown toast, buttered

1 tbsp mild prepared mustard

5 tsp seed mustard

30ml sour cream

salt and pepper, to taste


Place the sliced egg on the toast.

Mix the mustards and sour cream together.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

Spoon the creamy mustard sauce over and serve.
