If you’re a lover and collector of comic books, then you have to be at ComicEx SA at the Sun Exhibits at GrandWest on Saturday and Sunday.
Previously focusing exclusively on comics, cosplay and gaming, ComicEx has evolved into an all-around entertainment brand.
For the tech-savvy and creative minds, this festival has an array of experiences on offer including sci-fi, fantasy, comics, gadgets, and an Adventure World.
There will be comics, movies, gaming, paintball and laser tag events, as well as cosplay, Parkour, live entertainment and magic with lots of prizes to be won.
Over 20 artists will be on standby for any questions you may have about their work, while there will be more than 50 exhibitors and 20 gaming stations.
ComicEx is on from 10.30 am to 6.30 am on both days.
Tickets are available from Computicket and cost R100 for one day, or R150 for the weekend pass. Children under 4 enter free.
