One of the Cape Flats’ hottest DJs will soon be skutting his skouers as a member of the Good Hope FM line-up.
Chad Chitter, aka DJ Skouers, was signed on as a contributor on Dr Jules’ Drs In The House Show every weekend, the station announced on Wednesday.
Drs In The House is a specialist show featuring some of the most talented DJs in South Africa and abroad, spinning a variety of different genres designed to keep listeners entertained.
It airs every Friday and Saturday between 6pm and 10pm on Good Hope FM.
Chad, 31, told Daily Voice: “I’m just overwhelmed at the moment and still dealing with the exciting news. I’m blessed and honoured to be part of the radio industry and to be part of the Good Hope FM family which has been around for years.
“I can’t wait to get to work and make history.”

Natano Brache, GHFM acting station manager says he has been watching Skouers “for a while”.
“I’ve been living in Johannesburg for six years where I worked at the SABC as Head of Programming and then landed this job,” he says.
“When I started, I thought it’s the best time to get Chad to join our team as people love this hype guy.
“I’ve seen Chad and the crowd he attracts, I think it was a good decision for the show and for Chad.”
Chad will join the station in October to work alongside Dr Jules (Julian Brache).
Jules says: “I’ve known Chad for a while now as we’ve done several gigs together. He has a natural vibe and magnetic personality as an entertainer.
“I look forward to engaging with Skouers on air about a number of different topics in nightlife entertainment and music. Chad will be joining me for the first hour of the show.”
