That’s what Nicki Minaj has earned for bailing out arme fans who couldn’t pay their tertiary studies.
All they had to do was ask... and get top marks, of course.
The No Frauds hitmaker was one busy woman when she checked out social media on Saturday night.
She tweeted about a contest she’s having with musical.ly to fly fans out to the Billboard Music Awards.
After reading how Nicki makes enough money to fly her fans out to meet her “from any country in the world”, one slimkop fan, CJ, responds: “Help me out.”
@cjbydesign tweeted: “Well you wanna pay for my tuition?”
To which Nicki replies: “Show me straight A’s that I can verify w/ur school and I’ll pay it.”
And then Nicki goes a step further, extending the invite to others: “Who wants to join THAT contest?!? Dead serious. Shld I set it up?”
The requests came flooding in, but Nicki skrik vir niks.
She told one fan: “If * give me a 4.0 then I’ll keep my end of the bargain.”
To another: “That’s it? I’ll send it tmrw. dm me ur bank info babe. Next!”
She also offered to help with student loans, asking one fan: “How much * owe?”
The hip hop star helped finance student loans, tuition fees, registration fees, and scholarship shortfalls.
In about an hour Nicki rescued some 30 fans from their varsity skuld worries when she dropped her bank balance by more than R409 000.
After promising to help her klompie fans, the star closed her personal bank vault, for now.
“Ok * guys. It’s been fun. Let me make those payments tmrw then see if I have any money left I’ll do some more in a month or 2.”
And the lesson is: if you want Nicki to fund your studies, don’t be a domkop.
