Ready or not .... maak reg vir ’n lekker2019 because Ms Lauryn Hill is stieking uit in Mzansi. And she’ll share the stage with rapper Nas.
Lauryn will bring her recently announced world tour to SA in February, Big Concerts announced yesterday.
And because "Everything is Everything", not only will fans get to enjoy a performance by the legendary songstress and poet, they will also have the chance to see Nas in action.
The tour commemorates 20 years since the release of her debut solo album, titled The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, which went on to scoop five Grammy Awards in 1999, making her one of the most-loved artists of the decade.
She rose to fame as part of The Fugees, alongside Wyclef Jean. Their biggest single, "Killing Me Softly", took the world by storm.
Special guest Nas was responsible for Illmatic, one of the classic rap albums of his generation.
But Capeys have a right to be dikbek as she’ll only be performing at the Ticketpro Dome in Jozi on 2 February.
Tickets, expected to begin from around R600, go on sale on Friday 9am from Big Concerts.
