Local and international fashionistas strutted their stuff at the Winter at Summer Charity Fashion Show on Saturday.
The larney event was held at Inside On The Greens in Wynberg, where a posh outdoor ramp red carpet were set up.
Everyone who attended dressed up in their glitziest outfits to watch the showcase where 60 models wore garments of the designers.
The fashion labels included those by Denzil Pillay Designs, House of Suno, LanaB, YAG, Miss Demure, House of Valkyrie, Decent Clothing, Capefella Culture and Els Marie Couture.
There was a variety of colours and textures on display, as well as the hottest new trends.
The garments are all available directly from the designers.
The Daily Voice had front row seats to the action as the models paraded on the red carpeted catwalk.
MC, PJ Smith, kept the evening flowing while we chatted to the organiser, Frida Nyengele Lutumba, 31, who is originally from DRC, but now lives in Table View.

Frida says the event provides a platform for designers.
“I started in the media industry when I was very young and know a lot about how models, designers and artists are struggling to be known even if they have great potential,” she says.
“I decided I would use my abilities to be a platform where everybody can come and show the world what they can do.
“The best way to do that is to use what I know, which is all domains related to fashion, and also I always wanted to do something for the community, hence the proceeds will go to Leliebloem House in Belgravia.”

Frida adds: “The name of the show came from the fact that people need to be able to dress well in winter but also in summer, that is why we combined the three concepts to give the Winter in Summer Charity Fashion Show.”
Singer Lea Heart provided entertained the crowd while the models changed their outfits.
